This package pairs Focal's Access 165AS component speakers up front and 165AC coaxials in the rear with a Pioneer GM-D8704 4-channel amplifier, so you get punchy, dynamic sound with deep bass and clear vocals instead of the thin, muddy sound of factory speakers.

Focal's Access range is built tough, with DFS fibreglass cones that handle real power, and the GM-D8704 gives every speaker clean, efficient Class D power from a compact chassis that is easy to fit. The Stinger STK4 wiring kit is included to get the amplifier installed.

Focal 165AS Access 6.5" 2-Way Component Kit (front)

Focal's Access range is all about big, dynamic sound with no fuss. The 165AS component set gives you a proper front soundstage with separate tweeters you can position for the best imaging.

Focal 165AC Access 6.5" 2-Way Coaxial Kit (rear)

A simple, effective rear upgrade with the same DFS cone technology and the same 60W RMS rating as the 165AS front set.

Pioneer GM-D8704 Class D 4-Channel Bridgeable Amplifier

Big power, small size. Pioneer's compact, efficient Class D design gives each speaker the clean power a factory head unit simply cannot, and its speaker-level inputs mean you can keep your factory head unit if you want to.

• 100W RMS x 4 at 4 ohms, 150W RMS x 4 at 2 ohms, or 300W RMS x 2 bridged at 4 ohms (1,200W max)
• 1-ohm stable circuit with Pioneer's Protection Control System, which monitors internal temperature to help prevent shutdowns
• Variable high-pass and low-pass filters (40Hz - 500Hz)
• Bass boost (0 - 18dB at 50Hz) with a bass boost remote control
• Speaker-level (high-level) inputs with automatic signal sensing turn-on, plus RCA inputs and RCA pass-through outputs

Stinger Australia STK4 4 Gauge Amplifier Wiring Kit

Everything needed for a basic amplifier installation, in one box.

• 6m (20ft) clear CCA 4 gauge power wire and 0.9m (3ft) black CCA ground wire
• 2 pairs of 5m (17ft) twisted-pair RCA interconnects
• 5m (17ft) blue remote turn-on wire and 6m (20ft) blue speaker wire
• High-current Midi ANL fuse holder with 100A fuse
• Basic installation hardware (crimp terminals, butt connector, grommet, wire ties)

Why They Work Together

Four speakers, four channels. The GM-D8704 runs the 165AS front component set on two channels and the 165AC rear coaxials on the other two, with 100W RMS per channel into 4 ohms to drive the 60W RMS Access speakers cleanly, with the gains set correctly for your head unit.

Both kits use the same DFS cone technology and the same power rating, so the front and rear sound consistent. The amplifier's variable high-pass filter lets the installer keep the deepest bass out of the door speakers so they play louder and cleaner, and its speaker-level inputs work with a factory head unit as well as an aftermarket one.

Important Information

• Fitment and mounting depth vary between vehicles. The 165AS needs 62.9mm and the 165AC 69.7mm of mounting depth, both with a 165mm (6.5") cut-out; some vehicles need speaker adaptors, spacers or harnesses (not included).
