JL Audio's RD1000/1 Monoblock Class D Amplifier has lots of power, in an installer-friendly design as well as options for every audio enthusiast.

The Monoblock RD1000/1 is capable of pushing out up to 1,000 watts of clean power at 2 ohms, this subwoofer amplifier handily powers all the low end you can stand. The RD Monoblocks have built-in 12 dB/octave low-pass filters, bass equalizer boosters and three turn-on modes: Traditional 12-volt trigger, signal sensing and DC offset. Top off the package with a sleek, single-cast piece of aluminum in black powdercoat and blue LEDs, and your power looks as clean as it sounds.

This incredible MicroSub™ subwoofer system delivers the kind of output and extension that is normally possible with only much larger systems. The key to its performance lies in the precise tuning of its dual 8W3v3 subwoofer drivers, each in separate airspace, with an efficient slot-ported design.

Extensive interior bracing permits the use of thinner wall material that maximizes the enclosure’s internal volume relative to its exterior volume. The port for each driver wraps around two walls of the enclosure to produce the necessary low tuning frequency that ensures excellent extension and response smoothness. The two flared port entries/exits, one on each end of the enclosure, further enhance sound quality by minimizing air-flow noises through these ports.

Remote Bass Control for Select JL Audio Amplifiers
The JL Audio RBC-1 Wired Remote Bass Controller is designed to remotely control the Bass EQ boost or Input Level feature of JL Audio amplifier equipped with a "Remote Bass" or "Remote Level" port. When the RBC-1 is connected, the on-board "Boost" control of the amplifier is defeated and the RBC-1 becomes the only active boost controller.
