Car Builders Insulation pack To Suit Hino 300

​​​The Car Builders Hino pack comes pre cut ready to insulate your Hino 300 Crew Cab 817 model. This pack is based off a 2023 Hino 300 and is suitable for either Auto or Manual Transmission.

This kit includes:

Stage 1 Sound Deadener - apply to roof skin, floor pan, rear wall, door skins, above engine and bulk head. (this is not pre cut and comes in tiles which are easy to cut and lay)

Mass Noise Liner - Stage 2 Premium underlay, covers floor pan, under seats and rear bulk head, pre cut to suit.

Van Liner - Stage 2 Sound and Heat Insulation for roof skin, comes pre cut covering entire roof skin.

Acoustic Liner - Stage 2 twin layer foam pre cut to cover rear wall.

4 way Stretch Carpet - Pre cut to apply over Acoustic Liner, allows you to upholster rear wall to an automotive standard.

* Some slight modification is required of the plastic moulding around the gear shift to fit the Mass Noise Liner underneath.

Mass Noise Liner - 5 x sheets pre cut (7.6sq/m)

Acoustic Liner - 1 x sheet pre cut (1.7sq/m)

Van Liner - 1 x roll pre cut (5sq/m)

4 Way Stretch Carpet - 1m precut to upholster rear wall in 1 x piece

Spray Adhesive - 3 x cans

Install Kit - application roller, utility knife, foil tape, stubby holder, bottle opener

Snap press stud extensions x 8 (specific to extend press button fasteners on bulk head area to allow for Mass Noise Liner thickness)
