Car Builders 4X4 Single Cab Sound Deadening Packs

STANDARD PACKS

• Pack 1 and 2 come with Waterproof Carpet underlay - a peel and stick closed cell foam that you stick on the Sound Deadener.
• Pack 1 insulates the floor and rear wall, Pack 2 adds on the doors and roof.

The 4x4 Single Cab Floor pan + rear wall pack includes:

Pack 1 (approx 15kg)

2 Boxes (3.6sq/m) of Stage 1 Sound Deadener - Install on your floorpan and rear firewall, cover from above your pedals, across the floor pan up the rear firewall to below the rear window.

2 Boxes (3.6sq/m) Water Proof Underlay - Peel & stick, 10mm thick flexible foam to cover the floor and rear firewall.

PLUS a bonus install kit including; application roller, utility knife and 1 x roll of foil tape

The 4x4 Single Cab Floor pan, rear wall, roof + door pack includes:

Pack 2 (approx 20kg)

3 Boxes (5.4sq/m) of Stage 1 Sound Deadener - Install on your floorpan, roof, doors and rear firewall, cover from above your pedals, across the floor pan up the rear firewall to below the rear window.

2 Boxes (3.6sq/m) Water Proof Underlay - Peel & stick, 10mm thick flexible foam to cover the floor and rear firewall.

1 Sheet (1.3sq/m) Insul-Layer 6mm - Light weight, closed cell, peel and stick foam. Stick on your roof skin to soften inbound sound and create a thermal barrier protecting you from external heat.

PLUS a bonus install kit including; application roller, utility knife and 1 x roll of foil tape

PREMIUM PACKS

• Pack 3 and 4 come with Mass Noise Liner - a premium non stick underlay, is closed cell foam with a 2mm thick mass loaded vinyl layer on top. This is waterproof as well, and utilising the vinyl layer as a sound blanket it blocks more sound than Waterproof Underlay.
• Pack 3 insulates the floor and rear wall , Pack 4 adds on the doors and roof .

1 Box (1.7sq/m) Acoustic Liner - Peel & stick, 12mm thick flexible foam to cover the rear firewall.

PLUS a bonus install kit including; application roller, utility knife and 1 x roll of foil tape

The 4x4 Single Cab Floor pan, rear wall, roof + door Premium pack includes:

Pack 4 (approx 35kg)

3 Boxes (5.4sq/m) of Stage 1 Sound Deadener - Install on your floorpan, rear firewall, roof & door skins. Cover front firewall, down across the floor pan up the rear firewall to below the rear window. Also enough sheets to treat the roof & door skins.

2 Sheets (3sq/m) Mass Noise Liner - Stage 2 Premium carpet underlay works as a sound barrier to cover your entire floor pan from front to rear firewall .

1 Box (1.7sq/m) Acoustic Liner - Peel & stick, 12mm thick flexible foam to cover the rear firewall.

Please note: These are not cut to suit your particular vehicle and will come as an oversized sheet. Simply cut and glue to upholster desired areas.
